This Privacy Notice describes how 9D Labs Inc. (“9D Labs,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit our public websites. We do not yet operate a generally available consumer product; this notice focuses on simple website visits and contact by email.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you email us (for example at founders@9dlabs.xyz), we receive your message, email address, and any content you include. We use that information only to read and respond.
Technical data. Like most sites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log basic technical information when you load a page (such as IP address, browser type, and approximate region). We use this to operate and secure the site.
Cookies and analytics
Our pages may use cookies or similar technologies through our hosting or analytics providers. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not use invasive tracking for advertising on these informational pages.
How we use information
We use the information above to run the website, respond to inquiries, improve reliability, and protect against abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep emails and related correspondence only as long as needed for the conversation and ordinary business records. Server logs are retained according to our providers’ defaults unless we shorten them.

Our sites are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
